I'm sore from my head to my right heel. My head is sore because I've had a tight ponytail in all day. My right heel is sore because when I went to put my feet under my chair at work (school) today I banged it into a metal book rack that hangs under the chair. Every muscle in between is sore because I've done 5 40+ minute Tae-Bo workouts in 3 1/2 days. They are kicking my butt. But that's alright cuz then maybe there'll be less of it to kick. But for now I'm agonizingly sore. And tired.
This is Billy Blanks. He's the maker of TaeBo and the exercise instructor on the videos. He seems nice. A little scary, but mostly nice.
