work work work

Well school is drawing to an end. As of July I will not be a student for the first time in 20 years. I don't know what I'll do-probably go through withdrawls. No, probably not. I've chosen a profession that will prevent me from ever missing school so I'm not too worried. Speaking of which, I've recently procured two jobs in which I'll be able to continue my love of learning and hopefully help develop that same love in children and adolescents. I'm teaching summer school during the month of June, and in August I start a job at an elementary school in Mandan. I will be a Learning Disabilities teacher and I'm super excited about it. I really don't have anything else that is newsworthy, but I just thought I'd update for now. I feel as though there is nobody who doesn't know this news. I'd tell you about all the bomb threats at the school I work at in the last two weeks, but you know that too. In case you don't, it wasn't scary. Next week I get to go to Medora on a three week field trip with the 8th graders. That will be fun. We're at the farm this weekend; this is fun too. There's calvies and puppies and it's great! I think I'll read some books for fun this summer. Maybe. When I'm not teaching or packing or moving or prepping for next year. Any suggestions on must reads? OK I think I'm done now.
