Belly Fruit
I think it was just last week that I told you "slowly but surely I'm growing out of the in between stage." The slow and sure days are in the past. We-by we I mean me and my insides- are now at full blown baby-carrier status. No more in between. One teacher told me that it would happen overnight, and while it wasn't that drastic, it's seriously been a matter of days. This week one of my books says that it's the size of a large mango and next week-NEXT WEEK-as in one week from now-it will be the size of a cantaloupe. A cantaloupe people. Maybe I just don't know how big large mangoes are. But I do know how large cantaloupes are. And seven days doesn't seem sufficient time for that little growth spurt. Next it'll be a watermelon. I know, I know, pictures. Maybe this week. Maybe this weekend. We'll see. Suffice it to say that my size is increasing rapidly. I think I can even fit into some of those maternity tops that were ridiculously large before. They're not ridiculous anymore.
