Where to start?
Wow we've come a long way in 4 months. Elaina is 18 1/2 weeks, just over 4 months old. She slept through the night for 11 days in May and then decided that just wasn't for her. Then she went to every other night for quite some time. Apparently that just wasn't for her either. Then one weekend, must have been a growth spurt, I was up with her 3 times for 2 or 3 nights in a row! That was a shot back into the first few months of sleeplessness. Now we're back to once per night, but it's pretty regular. The last time she slept through the night was when she got her 4 month shots. Before that, I don't even know. But once per night is ok, and it's down to just a 1/2 hour of being up, rather than an hour and a half. What a difference that makes, let me tell you. It's amazing the difference sleep makes. So much so, that it's evidently the most important thing that I have to tell you after months of neglect on baby updates. Wow-big news, I guess. Sorry about that. Maybe I'll come up with something better during her afternoon nap. Like the cool things she can do now, or all the classes I've been taking, or how good I've gotten at doing almost anything with one hand while carrying Elaina in the other arm (quite impressive, I think). Well, that'll have to wait. Here's some recent pictures, though.

So sweet!! Thanks for the update and the pictures. How precious!
My favorite picture is the one where she is sitting up on her own with pink pants! Is she really sitting up on her own???
