My First Blog

So I thought I'd try out this blog business. I'm inspired by Carissa, who's site I check daily for new posts. I don't have anything important to say, nor do I claim to have anything interesting. Really, I'm not sure that I'll even stick with it. But I thought I'd give it a shot. So on that positive note, here's my first post. I made an incredibly fortunate discovery on Sunday. Since we've been married and I've taken to domesticating myself to the point of stress, I have been cleaning the shower while taking one. As this may already be too much information for certain readers, I won't give many details except to say that I spray and scrub it down. Usually this comes with a certain amount of burning nostrils and sometimes eyes, but never anything serious. However, on Sunday, I came out of the shower with red arms and a red nose. I had broken out from the shower cleaner. Hallalujah! I immediately showed Justin my rashes, who being the caring husband he is, told me that "there's no good reason for that to happen" and quickly agreed to take over the shower-cleaning duties. Sick as it is, I've never been so happy to be diagnosed with a rash.
