Psycho-du

Has anyone else fallen prey to the sudoku phenomenon? It's been quite the addiction for me lately. Even Justin does them in his spare time. I like to do them in the teachers' lounge at school while I'm eating lunch. It's a great escape mechanism. If I'm sick of a conversation, I just tune out of it and into my sudoku. It's also a good way to evesdrop on any conversation I want. All I have to do is look busy doing my sudoku and I can listen right in without anyone noticing. Quite handy. One teacher that sits beside me calls them psycho-du's. She's always making fun of me for doing them. Little does she know I'm listening in on her secrets. Actually, nothing gets said during lunch that's all that interesting. It's just weird to not have anything to say but still be listening to a conversation that has nothing to do with you or anything you're interested in. So, sudoku's are my friend. You should try them. I've even heard that they make you smarter. It's along the same line as crossword puzzles, only with numbers. I feel like a genius!

The object is to fill in the grid so that every row, column and subgrid contains the single digits 1-9. Enter digits from 1 to 9 into the blank spaces. Every row must contain one of each digit. So must every column, as must every 3x3 square. Make sense?

Do your own sudoku at www.websudoku.com.

I love psycho-dus! Whenever I finish one I look up as if I'm super smart and I'm so proud and I want to share it with somebody. :)

Websudoku is the best. That way I can do them at work without the book. Yeah, they're quite addictive. =)
