In 8 days it starts. Not school, but new teacher workshops, and that's close enough. Oh well, might as well get it started and finish graduate school. It's the final push. Well, kind of. Just two semesters left and then I'll officially be a special ed teacher. Legally, I should say.
This weekend was good. Justin and I got a lot of time together and that was good. We haven't had a down weekend at home for a long time. We did go to Fargo for Jill and Ryan's reception on Sunday so that was a little traveling, but it was a nice day trip. Something to do on Sunday, which is usually the worst day of the week for us. Monday just looms so large that Sundays are often our least favorite days. So Saturday we went to church then a sparse potluck and then I napped while Justin spent time with his girlfriend on the side. Her name is Stat Tracker. She helps him with his fantasy sports. Then that night we were going to go to "Taledega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" but it was sold out by the time we got there, which was 15 minutes before the show. So we decided to go to "You, Me, and Dupree" instead. We went with Kristi and Eric and it was lots of fun. :) Then Sunday was the previously mentioned Fargo trip.
So this week is the last full week of freedom. I'm going camping in Minnesota with mom and my aunt and cousins. That'll be fun I think. We're leaving Wednesday morning and coming back Friday some time. So until then I'm packing in all the "doing nothing ness" that I can.
Alright then. I must get to it.

Good luck with the onset of school. On Monday Buffy starts her orientation and then on Friday I have to show up for the TA assembly then attend a workshop for about an hour.
Let's all be sure to keep our sanity.
It begins...
