I love fall
I love the fall. For some reason I am just loving where I am right now. I know others (Carissa in particular) do not share my enthusiasm for North Dakota, but I have just felt like everything happening in Nature has been a message of God's love for me this fall. The leaves have been so pretty. I love walking in them. I like the crunch-swish-crunch-swish. I like it when the wind has leaves and snow in it at the same time. I think it's really cool to see leaves and snow flakes swirl by. The blusters make me all warm and cozy inside. I like it when the grass turns colors too. By May I'm sick of the brown, but the grasses when they get all orange and different colors of brown are lovely. And I like it when the sky is really blue and the trees are black against the bright golden leaves that flutter in the wind. I like the fall days where you have to bundle up in sweaters and jackets and maybe even scarves and mittens. It reminds me of hay rides and pumpkins and carmel apples and apple cider. And it reminds me of Jill. Fall is Jill's favorite season. I also like that it's a change. New things happen in the fall. School starts, a new routine starts, work starts (for us teachers), and winter is around the corner. Winter with it's snowmen, snow flake decorations, warm cozy houses, cinnamon candles, and best of all Christmas. Sometimes I am just overwhelmed with the beauty of the changing seasons and all the ways God expresses his love for us. His abundant care really comes through in the changing times. He is always there. Nomatter the season, the weather, the changes, the life, He is there. He is the constant that we can share every part of every season of our lives with. I love it. I love God. I love Fall. Thanks, God, for Fall.

You make it sound so nice. Wish you were here so we could make carmeled apples.
