Executive decision made by landlord to get a smaller dryer instead of remodeling.

Called appliance store to set up appointment.
Appliance guys came this morning to switch dryers.
Panic ensued over the unattended washer in my kitchen, which they were dead set against putting back.
Called handyman.
Today he can come before lunch.
Hopefully a load of clothes can be washed tonight.
