The 10 Uh-Oh's of a One-Year-Old

Uh-Oh has become quite the universal expression at our house. Mama, dada, up and socks are the other words that Elaina knows, but none have near the functionality that Uh-Oh possesses. These are the most recent uses, but more are added to the list every day.
1. Uh-Oh--I dropped something. (From anywhere, but especially the highchair.)
2. Uh-Oh--Something fell or tipped over. (Ditto #1)
3. Uh-Oh--I'm going to drop something. (Dare me? and/or What are you going to do about it?)
4. Uh-Oh--The phone is ringing.
5. Uh-Oh--The phone conversation is over. (Goodbye.)
6. Uh-Oh--Any appliance in the house has completed it's cycle and has just signaled as such. (I'm letting you know you should go check it.)
7. Uh-Oh--The end. (Of every bedtime story, when the book closes.)
8. Uh-Oh--Amen. (When we're done praying, of course.)
9. Uh-Oh--I've ripped something and I'm not sure that I should have.
10. Uh-Oh--I'm tattling on myself because I am in my crib after waking up and have either taken something off the wall, tipped something over on my dresser, knocked something entirely off my dresser, or dropped my comfy (blankie) over the side. (This one is my favorite to hear on the monitor. It is usually preceded by some sort of bang or other raucous. Also, In this instance a single Uh-Oh is simply not enough. One must say it at least 5 times. UH-oh! UH-oh! UH-oh! UH-oh! UH-oh! If nobody comes to see, a few more may be necessary.)
