I like it when I can feel where Baby is positioned. Except sometimes I think she wishes her home is a little bigger than it is, because her little body just does not comfortably fit into the space she attempts to occupy. I then have to streeeeetch out tall and long until she is satisfied enough to go back into crunched-up formation. Poor thing. No wonder they have such a hard time adjusting to the outside world.

On another note, sometimes Elaina talks in her sleep for the first couple of hours after we put her to bed. Every 20 to 30 minutes she'll let out a word or two, or sometimes a whole string of words. We're not sure if she wakes up or if she's sleeping or what is going on, but once tonight she was making noises with her tongue "bla-ther-bla-ther-bla-ther" just like when we are playing. We are super tempted to buy one of those video monitors, but know the expense isn't worth it. So for now we'll just have to suspect that it's sleep-talking. She's so much fun.
